Ingredients:

5 lbs. chicken wings

5 oz. Kikoman soy sauce

1 cup dark brown sugar

1 cup white sugar

1 clove of garlic, minced
Method:

Cut wings into sections, discarding the tips.

Mix other ingredients together.

Pour over wings.

Bake at 350° F for 2½ hours.

Turn every half hour.
