Ingredients:

1 package frozen, chopped spinach, thawed

1 ½ cup Lite sour cream

1 package Knorr’s Vegetable Soup (dry mix)

1 bunch scallions, finely chopped
Method:

Drain, then squeeze the spinach until dry. Mix with other ingredients.

Cover and chill until time to serve.

Serve with bread (see the bread bowl idea in the vegetable dip recipe), crackers, or vegetables for spreading or dipping.
