Spinach Dip

  • 1 package frozen, chopped spinach, thawed

  • 1 ½ cup Lite sour cream

  • 1 package Knorr’s Vegetable Soup (dry mix)

  • 1 bunch scallions, finely chopped


  • Drain, then squeeze the spinach until dry.  Mix with other ingredients.

  • Cover and chill until time to serve.

  • Serve with bread (see the bread bowl idea in the vegetable dip recipe), crackers, or vegetables for spreading or dipping.
