Walnut Broccoli Casserole

  • 2 packages frozen chopped broccoli

  • ½ cup melted butter

  • 2 cups milk

  • 4 Tbsp. flour

  • 4 chicken bouillon cubes in ¼ cup water

  • ¾ cup chopped walnuts

  • ¾ package stuffing mix

  • 6 Tbsp melted butter

  • 2 cups hot water

  • ¾ cup walnuts


  • Cook broccoli and drain well.

  • Make sauce with melted butter, 4 Tbsp flour, milk, bouillon, adding walnuts at the end.

  • Mix together stuffing mix, 6 Tbsp melted butter, 2 cups hot water and the rest of the walnuts.

  • Put broccoli in baking dish, pour sauce over the broccoli.  Top with stuffing mixture.

  • Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
