Cole Slaw

Ingredients:

  • 1 head cabbage, shredded
  • 1 or 2 onions, chopped
  • 1 red or green pepper, chopped
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cider vinegar
  • 2 cups sugar

Method:

  • Prepare vegetables
  • Bring oil and vinegar to boil, then add sugar.  Stir to dissolve.
  • Mix vinegar mixture with vegetables
  • Salt and pepper to taste.
  • Chill till served

Notes:

  • This is a good recipe for a crowd.
  • Will keep up to 6 weeks in the refrigerator
