- 1 head cabbage, shredded
- 1 or 2 onions, chopped
- 1 red or green pepper, chopped
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cider vinegar
- 2 cups sugar
- Prepare vegetables
- Bring oil and vinegar to boil, then add sugar. Stir to dissolve.
- Mix vinegar mixture with vegetables
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- Chill till served
- This is a good recipe for a crowd.
- Will keep up to 6 weeks in the refrigerator
