Dolly’s Vegetable Salad

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 minced clove of garlic
  • 2 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 head of cauliflower
  • 1 head of broccoli

Method:

  • Using flowers only, chop the vegetables very fine.
  • Mix all other ingredients and add to vegetables
  • Chill.

Notes:

  • Best if made the night before serving
