Ingredients:
- 1 can cut green beans, rinsed
- 1 can garbanzo beans, rinsed (chick peas)
- 1 can cut yellow beans, rinsed
- 1 can red kidney beans, rinsed
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- 1/2 cup oil
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 cup vinegar
Method:
- Prepare vegetable
- Mix oil, vinegar, and sugar
- Add oil mixture to vegetables and chill
Notes:
- Makes a LARGE salad
- Keeps several weeks
