Four Bean Salad

Ingredients:

  • 1 can cut green beans, rinsed
  • 1 can garbanzo beans, rinsed (chick peas)
  • 1 can cut yellow beans, rinsed
  • 1 can red kidney beans, rinsed
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 2 stalks celery, chopped
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 cup vinegar

Method:

  • Prepare vegetable
  • Mix oil, vinegar, and sugar
  • Add oil mixture to vegetables and chill

Notes:

  • Makes a LARGE salad
  • Keeps several weeks
