Red Potato Salad

Ingredients:

  • 3 lbs. red potatoes, cooked and sliced or diced
  • 1/2 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • equal parts sour cream and mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup peas, frozen or fresh, cooked
  • dill to taste (fresh or dry)
  • salt and pepper to taste

Method:

  • Mix spices with sour cream and mayonnaise.  Add to other ingredients.
